The frame is anodized aluminum with mitered corners, in silver or black. Snap edges release from the front when it is time for a new print, and the clear anti-glare lens goes back on afterwards. Under the surface, spring-loaded extrusions are fixed to a tough polystyrene backer. It comes fully assembled.
