The 30mm aluminum tube frame snaps together without tools. A dye-sublimated stretch fabric graphic with a zipper pillowcase fit covers the frame, and the fabric can be dry cleaned. The graphic weighs about 9 lbs. The kit comes with a wheeled storage case and ships at around 47 lbs.
