Wind is the enemy of a freestanding banner, and the Blizzard Outdoor Banner Stand is built for it. Its large base holds 4.25 gallons (19.2 liters) of water or sand, adding the weight needed to keep it upright outside.
The frame adjusts in both directions: width from 23.5" to 48" and height from 63.25" to 74.5", so one stand can take several banner sizes. A banner attaches with four #3 grommets, one at each corner. Assembly is quick, and the hardware alone weighs 10.45 lbs. In temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, fill the base with sand rather than water.
