Custom-Printed Products
Because custom products are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as an incorrect size ordered or errors in customer-approved artwork. Please review your size, artwork, and preview carefully before ordering — our free artwork check flags resolution and sizing problems before you pay.
Our-Error & Damage Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint your order free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Custom Items
Unprinted hardware (such as display stands and frames) may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
