The shell is built from curved 50mm aluminum tubes joined by heavy-duty internal spigots, wrapped in dye-sublimated zipper pillowcase graphics. The assembled footprint is 180" wide by 96" high, and the hardware weighs 148.11 lbs. Three wheeled molded cases hold the kit, around 215 lbs shipped.
