Yes. For banners, flyers, and select print products, we offer same-day turnaround when you order by noon Monday through Friday. Your job is ready for pickup by 5pm at our Niles, IL location. No rush fees on standard sizes.
Order by 12:00pm (noon) Chicago time. Orders placed after noon will be ready the following business day. For urgent after-noon orders, call us directly at 773-262-7800 — we will do our best to accommodate.
Larger fabricated signs — channel letters, lightbox signs, and monument signs — typically take 5 to 10 business days depending on complexity and permit requirements. We will give you an exact timeline when you get a quote.
Absolutely. We handle rush printing for trade show banners, retractable stands, step and repeat backdrops, and event signage regularly. Contact us as early as possible and we will map out what is achievable for your deadline.
We prefer high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS files. We also accept PSD and PNG at 150 DPI or higher at full print size. JPEG files are accepted if they are at least 150 DPI. Not sure about your file? Send it over and we will check it for free.
Yes. Our in-house design team can create or modify artwork for your project. Basic design help is included at no charge on most print orders. For full logo design or brand identity work, we charge a flat hourly rate. Ask us when you request a quote.
We use calibrated commercial printers to match Pantone (PMS) colors as closely as possible in CMYK. For exact PMS matches on vinyl and fabric, ask about our color-matching process when placing your order.
Yes. We always send a digital proof for your approval before we start printing. For same-day orders, proofs are sent and approved digitally within the hour.
We print 13oz vinyl banners, 18oz heavyweight vinyl, mesh banners (wind-resistant), fabric banners, retractable banner stands, step and repeat banners, and pop-up display banners. All sizes, all finishes.
Yes. We use UV-resistant inks and outdoor-rated substrates on all exterior signage. Our vinyl banners, coroplast signs, and aluminum signs are built to handle Chicago winters and summers.
Yes. We print perforated window film, frosted film, full-color window decals, cut vinyl lettering, and one-way vision film. All are available with professional installation.
